Instructions for use
- The metal surface is pre-sanded to a metallic sheen, washed with a solvent and dried. A primer is applied to the prepared surface with a brush or roller and kept for 2-3 minutes. At a temperature of 18-23℃. The consumption of the primer on the metal surface is 0.2-0.3 kg m2.
- The concrete surface is pre-cleaned of dirt and dust (swept, washed and dried if necessary). A primer is applied to the prepared surface with a brush or roller and kept for 5-10 minutes. At a temperature of 18-30℃. The consumption of the primer on the concrete surface is 0.4-0.7 kg m2.
- OSB surfaces, etc. the surfaces are pre-cleaned of dirt and dust (swept, washed and dried if necessary). A primer is applied to the prepared surface with a brush or roller and kept for 10-15 minutes. At a temperature of 18-30 ℃. The consumption of the primer on the concrete surface is 0.5-1.0 kg m2.
The primer consumption can be controlled by weighing the primer before and after applying the primer.
The primer can be applied to the surface by brush, roller, spray or insulating machines. The applied layer should be smooth, without gaps, streaks, bubbles and clots. The consumption of the primer depends on the applied surface. Immediately before application, the primer must be thoroughly mixed until the possible precipitation disappears completely.
The temperature of the primer during application should be at least 10 ℃, therefore, at a lower temperature, the primer should be kept for at least 48 hours in a room with a temperature of at least 15 ℃, but not higher than 45 ℃ or heated in a water bath with a temperature not higher than 50 ℃.
The use of the primer in combination with other insulating materials is allowed if the requirements of the technical specifications for these materials are met and agreed with the developers of these technical specifications.
