One of advantages of using high-polymer joint tapes is their ability to act as shockabsorbing cushions dampening vibrations at asphalt-concrete – rail junctions. This makes it possible not to destroy the asphalt by vibration, but the function of the belt is fully revealed only at a thickness of 10 mm.
Does not require special equipment (gas burner); flow control – during application.
