The tape is made of a butyl rubber sealant. On the outside, the material is made of thick embossed aluminum foil, painted with a reinforced paint coating composition according to the RAL catalog, resistant to UV, and reinforced with a protective layer against mechanical damage. The inner self-adhesive side of the tape has a protective liner that can be removed during installation.
