The company started its trading activity in 2002 in the field of components for the installation of window structures.
In 2010 a key area of activity was determined – the production of sealing materials for various applications, and the first units of equipment were purchased.
The first formulations were developed and the production of non-hardenable class sealants for the construction and automotive industry was launched in Syzran.
In 2015, a decision was made on the company’s development strategy, which included the investment plan «Expanding the production of sealing tapes» and the innovative one «Ultralight, ultra-thin, bitumen-free sealing materials».
At the same time, strategic cooperation with the Kazan National Research Technological University (KNRTU, Kazan) began.
In 2017, the production passed the international certification of the quality management system ISO 9001:2015 for the following activities: Production of mounting, sealing, self-adhesive and protective tapes, sealants, mastics, as well as noise-, vibration-insulating materials in the form of parts.
In this period of time, the production capacity has reached the level of more than 1000 tons/year.
In 2018, the company won the World Build Awards in the category «Construction materials, tools and fasteners», and the materials Germeteks PRO900 were recognized as innovative according to the results of the evaluation by the Agency of Moscow.
